    Here's what I'm hoping: you'll share your technique and weight lost so far with me!

    I've lost just over 30 pounds.

    I've been on a reduced calorie diet and do yoga, walking, and swimming 5 times a week (sometimes 6 on good weeks). For four weeks of that, I took Phentramin-D.

    You're doing great! I've lost nearly that much and I just started cutting meat out of my diet by reducing it from two meals per week and replacing it with raw veggies. I have cut out all soda and replaced every soda with water. I'm also off deep fried food.

      Once I passed the 20 pounds lost mark, I felt like I could reach any goal.
