I was thinking of motivation ideas because if you have a lot of weight to lose it can be very hard and frustrating to sustain your motivation. Thus, my idea is you should plan some activities throughout the year that you would like to be slim for. For example your birthday, reunion, Valentine's Day, a weekend get away, Christmas, Thanksgiving, anniversary WHATEVER lol. - Then on your calendar, write down your goal weight for each event (remember a healthy weight loss is only 1-2 pounds per week) and then use each special occasion as a major target in itself. Then once you have reached your goals for the year, use the same strategy for weight maintenance for NEXT year by ensuring that you stay the same weight for each special date in your calendar.
