Losing weight takes commitment. You may find it easier to keep this commitment if you keep other promises to yourself in your life. Try tying up lose ends or completing tasks that you promised yourself you would (ex. pay off your debts, clean out your closets, keep your promises to your friends and family). You'll feel better about yourself with the more commitments you make and promises you keep. It will strengthen your resolve that you can do what you put your mind to and you have follow through, which may help to motivate you to keep up with your weight loss endeavors as well.
