    Try to remind yourself that even if you don't reach your goals as fast as you'd like to, it's not how fast you reach a goal but that you actually complete it that matters. So, if you want to lose 10 pounds, keep working toward your goal, even if you don't reach it as quickly as you want. You'll feel good when you keep taking steps forward. Don't give yourself a hard time. Your on your team so be your biggest cheerleader and supporter!

    You're right Beth. Sometimes, we get so obsessed with want to reach our goal that we focus too much of our goal on time and less on what actually matters, which is achieving it. Being part of a time-obsessed culture I'm guilty of giving up on goals too quickly because I didn't achieve the goal or see results as quickly as I wanted, which is just foolish. Giving up is the only way to guarantee that you'll never get there.
