I'm suddenly feeling so driven to start fresh with healthy eating and exercising. So much more than I did at the start of summer. Maybe it's the cooler weather that makes it easier to exercise and the huge amount of food that is in season. People should stop thinking about swim season or new year as a great time to motivate them to lose weight and choose fall instead. Everything we need is practically handed to us.
