    No links, no videos, just share your best tip for preventing holiday weight gain. I'll get the ball rolling with one that works for me.

    - Promise to do 4 minutes of intense exercise every day. Everyone has 4 minutes. It doesn't have to be fancy. Run on the spot or whatever, just do 4 minutes per day. Anything else is a bonus.

    My tip -
    I will eat half a plate of vegetables for every dinner I eat at home and I will have fruit with every breakfast.
