    If you want to be motivated, don't just think of weight loss or whatever as your goal. Find out WHY you want that target,then go for that. Really discover what's behind why you're doing what you're doing. That will be what drives you.

    Good point. That would be a lot more motivational. The problem is that it's a lot harder to come up with that goal. I guess it's worth the effort if you just psend the time thinking it out.

      I feel like weight loss is my goal. There isn't a real goal behind it. There are benefits I'd get like I'd fit my clothes, I feel like i'd look better and be healthier, but the weight really is the goal.

        Losing weight is my real goal. It comes with a lot of benefits like being healthier and looking better, but when it all comes together, I want to lose weight. That's the goal. The rest are side effects.
