I have to say that recently one thing I did that helped to motivate me with my weight loss goals was taking a diet pill that helped me get my energy levels up. I was feeling constantly fatigued and it was seriously getting me down. I'm not saying that this will work for everyone of course, but it sure has done wonders for me. :D I guess the point I'm trying to make is, try to find out what is causing your lack of motivation and then you might be able try a solution or two to help get you back on track. :D

That's excellent advice brightstar! I'm completely guilty for wanting to treat something without knowing the cause. There are many aspects to weight loss and dieting and sometimes the best way to lose weight is to find out where your struggles are and find ways to remedy them. Glad a diet pill seems to be doing the trick for you right now. :D

Thanks! Glad you agree. It's strange to admit, but sometimes I find being honest with myself is easier said than done. It's like I don't want to know the truth about the way I think or feel sometimes. It's very odd, but I'm glad I finally figured out what my main struggle with weight loss is. :)

Finding out where you struggle and admitting it to yourself and accepting it is huge for helping yourself reach your weight loss goals. It's hard to do though, I know. Whenever I realize my weaknesses I feel ashamed by them and silly, but I know I'm not alone. We all have things about ourselves that we don't like. All we can do is recognize them and do what we can to improve by finding the strategies that make the most sense to our lives and keep us motivated. :)
