    So many diets fail because we become fed up with them or they make us miserable. If you're unhappy in your life, you'll never stick to anything for the long term and will only set yourself up for failure. Don't engage in diets that will push you to a breaking point. They won't work and they are likely only to cause more harm to your confidence than good. Therefore, choose a weight loss program that will make you feel good about yourself and that makes you happy. Treat yourself well! You deserve it :D

    You are right Kyra. It's all about feeling good. If you start to resent what you're doing and you're not happy, you're not like to make any real progress. That's why all those extreme diets never work. Who wants to live like that?

      I agree. when you feel good, you are more inclined to think positively and continue to make the choices that make you feel happy. Plus, I really hate extreme dieting LOL
