So many diets fail because we become fed up with them or they make us miserable. If you're unhappy in your life, you'll never stick to anything for the long term and will only set yourself up for failure. Don't engage in diets that will push you to a breaking point. They won't work and they are likely only to cause more harm to your confidence than good. Therefore, choose a weight loss program that will make you feel good about yourself and that makes you happy. Treat yourself well! You deserve it :D
