When it comes to dieting/weight loss goals don't compare your success to someone else's. You may think that what someone else achieves is incredible and you might want to achieve the same thing, but you need to remember that your success will not be the same as theirs. Their strengths may be your weaknesses, so you cannot approach a goal in the same way. Think about what you can do and don't obsess or get down about what you can't.

That is good advice. I have a hard time not comparing myself to someone else when I'm envious of their success LOL. But, ya, all you can do is your best and do what feels right. I tend to remind myself that as much as I might be jealous of other people every once in a while, there is someone out there somewhere who is likely a bit jealous of me, too hahah. It's a shallow way to think but sometimes it makes me feel better and even motivates me.

Good advice. I stopped comparing myself to others long ago and instantly felt better when I did. You really need to just do what's best for you and what feels right for you and stop caring so much about what other people think. Your best is your best. We can all be envious of others at times for one reason or another, but at the end of the day we simply need to be satisfied with what we've got and make the most of it.
