I recently came across this quote that I wanted to share with all of you because it really spoke to me: "I don't workout because I hate my body...I workout because i love it." I have no idea who said that, but it makes so much sense to me. It's so easy to hate your body when you don't like it, but we shouldn't hate out bodies and we shouldn't hate what we have to do to make and keep ourselves healthy.

That is actually a really good quote. Thanks for sharing that Maggie! I often feel like workouts are a huge challenge for me and I tend to look at it as a chore. I've recently found that the reason I tend to feel that way is because I don't actually like the exercises I'm doing or I find them really boring. I've found that the more I shake things up, the happier I am on the whole. The trick really is to find out what works for you and be super positive about it. The more motivated you are, the better success you will have!
