    Ok so here’s my inspirational quote for you all. It’s not all that poetic, but it works for me and hopefully it will work for you.

    Never give up forever!

    You can get frustrated and fed up with dieting, especially when it feels like you’re not getting ahead. So give up! But only give up for a period of time that you design ahead of time. Make it a weekend or a week if you have to, but after that point, be ready to get back on that horse again. Give up, get your frustrations out, feel better, build your drive, and then start again and do it even better this time!

      if one day isn't enough you might give yourself the weekend off so that it feels more complete, just make sure you get back to it!

        Don't give up at all! Take care of yourself as a lifetime experience, not just because of a diet.

          It's important not to take too many breaks. Don't make it too easy.

            That's actaully a really good point. Don't use breaks as an excuse to cheat
