    That's really good advice, Kyra. While support from other people is really important and can be hugely helpful, but when it all comes down to it, it's what's going on inside your own head that will help you to keep aiming for your goals.

      I think that losing weight is a combo effort. Do it for yourself, but tell others so that you can get the support you need!

          That's actually really true. While you need to do it for yourself, it's a lot easier when you don't feel that you're all on your own in what you're doing.
