    I know that's not an actual quote or anything, but I do think that they are smart words to live by, especially when you're struggling with something. It's important not to take weight loss too seriously. Yes, it's important to lose weight, but it's important to live and be happy, too. Whatever weight loss plan you're following, you need to make sure it's not stopping you from enjoying yourself or having a good laugh. In fact, a good laugh can be very good for your health. Remember, losing weight isn't only about the physical but also about making sure you feel mentally good as well. :)

    Yes! I couldn't agree more. On the whole, I really feel like people need to lighten up a little. I know there's a lot of serious stuff in our world and that can happen in our lives, but being so doom and gloom and intense all the time, really packs on the stress which is definitely not good for health OR weight loss!

      It's true. A sense of humor does go a long way in life. Even being able to laugh off your weight loss struggles when you find you're taking yourself too seriously is a great idea!

        Yeah, I think this is a good tip. People who are able to laugh more stuff off tend to be less stressed and happier. Combine that with good rest, exercise, and a healthy diet and you'll be golden!

            I think it's good to have a sense of humor, too. Just make sure you're not always making yourself, what you do or your weight the constant butt of a joke. It's also important to avoid being self-deprecating and to make sure you don't teach someone young and impressionable that certain things that should be taken seriously can be laughed off or are not a big deal. Don't get me wrong, I think having a sense of humor is important. I've just seen some people take it too far and sometimes behind that smile and laughter is a lot of hurt.
