Just as important as having inspirational words to drive you forward is to ignore negative people who don’t believe in dieting, who would comment about your weight, or who think that anything that you’re doing is stupid. This is your body and your health. Only you can decide what is right.

A lot of negative people don't even knwo that they're negative and that they're dragging other people down.
My father is one of the angriest men I've ever met and he thinks that he's upbeat. he genuinely thinks that. He yelled at a kleenex box last weekend. I'm not making that up.

Every time you hear someone negative say something that is meant to discourage you, tell yourself something positive instead. Don't let them get in your way!
