One motto I live by when it comes to keeping myself healthy and at a good weight is that if I wouldn't feed it to my kids, I shouldn't eat it either. In other words, if I don't want my kids to live off junk food and I want them to be active, I should be setting an example and not eating this things and being more active myself.
I guess what I'm trying to get at is think about the healthy living advice that you would offer someone you care about and take your own advice. You wouldn't want someone else to live unhealthy so why should you want this for yourself? Yes, I know its easier said than done to live a certain way, but we can't keep letting thoughts of "this is difficult" or "this is too hard" stop us from doing what we know we should be doing in the first place. It's okay every once in a while to just let go, but for the most part, we can't allow ourselves to get away with bad habits simply because we're too tired, too stressed, too bored or whatever.
Practice what you preach and you might find that you'll be happier and more satisfied with your life in many ways.
