  • Yoda has it right

Remember that scene in "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" when Yoda was training Luke and he told him "there is no try, only do," or something like that? Well, you need to take that same approach when you lose weight. If yoyu want to lose weight don't "try" to lose weight, do it. This happens when you stop giving yourself excuses or allowing yourself to believe that something is too hard. Yes, losing weight isn't exactly a walk in the park, but it's also not going to be the hardest thing you'll ever have to face or do in your life either.

Remember this when you're losing weight: Weight loss is a choice. What you eat is a choice. What, when or how you exerciser is a choice. Choose what you know is right and resist the temptation to make the wrong choice.

LOL! LOL! I absolutely love that you've quoted Yoda for weight loss...you're officially my hero.

Also, that's a good quote and, yeah, that's exactly what you have to do if you want to lose weight. It's not about trying or waiting, it's taking action and doing it.

Wow...although to be fair I actually think sometimes it would be easier to learn how to use the force than it is it to lose weight and keep it off. I'd like to see Luke do that

Ugh. Star Wars. Still, guess I can't entirely argue with the "there is no try, only do" with weight loss. Trying isn't enough to lose weight, you actually need to be committed. In that regard I completely agree....and if you need to think you're in Jedi training to lose weight, well, more power to you.
