There's only one way to fail in your weight loss efforts and that's to give up. Yes, we all make mistakes or have bad days. We all reach the point where we just want to give up. But no matter how much it might feel like your fighting a losing battle at time, remember that as long as you keep trying, you're doing something and that's a lot better than doing nothing at all. So, on days when you just feel like a failure with weight loss, remember this, you're only a failure if you truly quit. The moment you try again, there's only on way to go, and that's up (or I guess down if you're talking about your weight lol). Try to stay positive everyone!
