    There's only one way to fail in your weight loss efforts and that's to give up. Yes, we all make mistakes or have bad days. We all reach the point where we just want to give up. But no matter how much it might feel like your fighting a losing battle at time, remember that as long as you keep trying, you're doing something and that's a lot better than doing nothing at all. So, on days when you just feel like a failure with weight loss, remember this, you're only a failure if you truly quit. The moment you try again, there's only on way to go, and that's up (or I guess down if you're talking about your weight lol). Try to stay positive everyone!

    Thanks brightstar. This is great motivation. It can be hard to keep going when all you want to do is quit and it can be hard to start again when you feel you've failed, but I find a little sleep, time away from old goals and creating new ones, helps to startup again :)

      I would just add to this that just because you might choose to give up or quit, this dosn't mean that it's forever. It's okay to mess up or stop. Just don't think of it as the end of the line. You can start again whenever you want.

        Yup! This is a great point, too. I like how you worded this KellyKatt. I think I meant more giving up than actually quitting. I mean, it's one thing to quit and cool off and then start again and another to just give up entirely. I'm referring to the latter :D
