  • How often should I take them

    How often should I take before and after pictures? I was thinking about doing it daily but my friend said that's too often and that I should do it once a month. What do you guys think is best?

    I know some people who do them monthly, weekly and even daily. Personally I think once a month is good enough. This is what I do, mostly because I can't stand taking the pictures hahaha.

      I recommend taking them once a month. You're likely to see the biggest improvement when you do it this way which is likely to be more motivating for you and if you hate taking pictures it means that you only have to do it once every 4 weeks instead of all the time.

        once a week if you really want to track your progress to see every little bit. Once a month if you want a more general idea of how much weight you're losing. Personally I do it weekly because I love watching the progression and changes (no matter how slight) and it really motivates me.

            Thanks Tara. I think that this makes the most sense. I really don't like taking photos of myself.
