I was thinking about creating a blog to track my weight loss progress. I figure talking about my experience and adding before and after pictures might not only help me stay motivated, but it might motivate others, as well. What do you guys think?

I think that that is actually a pretty good idea. Bonniekins. I personally don't have the time or the desire to blog, but I totally get why that might motivate you and I can say that I would actually be interested in learning about someone else's progress. How would you go about doing it?

Blogging about your progress is a neat idea. Would you just post pictures or would you actually tell people what sort of diet and exercise regimen you're dong? I don't know if I'd want to blog. I don't really like the idea of strangers knowing everything about my life.

I don't think I'd want to take the time to blog about it, but I would find it interesting to read someone else's blog. If it is something that will motivate you, then definitely go for it. The whole point is to do whatever it takes to keep you on track. Who knows, you may even inspire others with your goals and achievements :)
