A friend of mine is a genius! Instead of taking B&A pics of himself to track his weight loss, he's going to take pictures of the great meals he makes to remind me of the healthy changes he's making in his life. I think this is a great idea! I'm not fond of taking picture of myself either and find looking at them to be, well, depressing LOL. I think taking pics of things that show I'm making good changes will help to keep me motivated. I just wanted to share this in case this might be something helpful to others. :D

Thanks for sharing! This is actually a great idea. I never thought about doing that, but you're right. Taking picture of the meals I make and maybe even posting them on social media may help to make me feel proud about the choices I'm making and motivative me to keep it up! Plus, people love commenting on food hahaha!

This is a neat idea. I'm not really into food or food pictures, but I like the whole taking a picture of something that's a healthy motivator because I'm not a fan of B&A pics of myself either. They're just so...depressing to look at and if I fail, they're a reminder of me sucking LOL
