I meant to start taking before and after pictures when I first started my diet back in November but forgot. I've already lost about 8 pounds and I'm kicking myself that I didn't take pictures. Can I start now or is it too late? I still want to lose another 25 before I reach my goal.

I agree with Penny! Take them whenever you want. There's no rule that says you can't. Heck, even if you start taking them and never use them it's no loss. I would recommend exploring every avenue of weight loss motivation that you think might help until you find what works. You're the boss of your own goals :D
