  • Can I still take them

    I meant to start taking before and after pictures when I first started my diet back in November but forgot. I've already lost about 8 pounds and I'm kicking myself that I didn't take pictures. Can I start now or is it too late? I still want to lose another 25 before I reach my goal.

    Sure you can. There's no rule that says you can't jump on the bandwagon later. Think of it as being fashionably late LOL. You can still track progress even if you're not tracking from day 1.

      I agree with Penny! Take them whenever you want. There's no rule that says you can't. Heck, even if you start taking them and never use them it's no loss. I would recommend exploring every avenue of weight loss motivation that you think might help until you find what works. You're the boss of your own goals :D

        Take them or don't take them. Honestly, if you think it is something that will motivate you and make you happy then do it. I try not to lock myself into a "now or never" or an "I should have done that before" mindset. Do what feels right. :)
