If you really don't like taking before an after pictures of your whole body, have you ever thought of just tracking the progress of one part of your body, like an arm, a leg, your face, your gut, your butt (haha), etc.? Would this work?

You could do this if it's what will make you happiest, but if you really want to get the best idea of how much weight you're losing, it really is better to take full-length pictures of your body. Try taking one from the front, the back and the side. This will really allow you to see the changes that are happening.
