This may be a dumb question but can you actually track your weight loss by taking before and after pictures of your silhouette? I love how sihouettes look and I feel very good about myself - regardless of my size - when I take them and look back on them. Has anyone ever done this?

I don't think you can, at least not accurately. I mean, go ahead and try it if you really like the idea and you think this will motivate you, but I just don't see how taking a silhouette photo is going to really help you see any weight loss cause you can't really see the "rolls", etc. you're attempting to lose.
