Hey guys, so basically I started eating less and exercising more, and I gotta say the results are astonishing. I already lost 24kg (give or take 2), and I'm feeling so much better already!
First of all, I can see I'm getting in shape slowly (underneath the fat, there is some muscles, so when I get down to 80kg, it would be perfect.
I started doing this in January, and today, the 16th of February, I'm actually able to kneel down and tie my shoe.
I can see my John while peeing as well
