I’m 10 weeks into my diet and although I’m only losing 1 to 2 pounds every week, I’ve still lost 15 pounds! It may not seem like much when you look at it week after week, but it really adds up so don’t get discouraged and keep going!

That's the thing about dieting. Because it's gradual, it's really hard to see any difference in the mirror until there is a change in the way that clothing fits. Even then, it's so gradual that you sometimes don't even realize it. It's good to add up your total weight loss every now and again, instead of just looking at the fact that you only lost one or two pounds in a week. That shows you how far you've really come!
A ticker or a visual chart can oftne make a big difference, too.

You're right about that. I find that anything that I can see and track makes it easier. It's not always easy to see the difference in the mirror, but you can see it on paper so at least you feel that progress is being made. I need that or I lose drive to keep going.
