I’ve lost 20 pounds so far (still have quite a way to go) and it has already made a massive difference to my health. I don’t sweat as much, I don’t get winded as much, I have more energy overall, my blood pressure is down, and my cholesterol has fallen enough that I can reduce my prescription.
