You should probably think twice before you eat an avacado everyday. While this may sound like a good idea, the reality is that this fruit is quite high in fat. Yes, it may be healthy fat, but it is still fat nonetheless. If you really want to eat avacado everyday, try eating half and watch what other fats you are putting in your body. It's easy to forget how much fat is in cooking oils, nuts, etc.

You should not just eat an avacado a day because you heard that an avacado is healthy for you. While it is a healthy fat and it is nutritious, too much of anything is not good for you. Avacado is high in fat and if you eat too much of it, you'll find that it won't help you in the weight loss department and it can also throw off your natural balance.

Like everything you eat, you should eat avacado's in moderation. While it won't kill you to eat avacado everyday, you shouldn't eat a whole avacado every day and if you are going to eat a few slice of it, use it as a replacement for other less healthy fats. For instance, use avacado to replace cheese and mayo on a sandwich, etc.
