    I’m looking to get some really awesome nutrition out of my meals. If I’m taking in calories, I really want them to be worth something. Does anyone have any recipes that they can suggest that will help me to get lots of superfoods into my diet but that will be really tasty so that I don’t just have to feel like I’m eating kale with grated beets all the time? Thanks!

    Add chia seeds to just about anything and you’ll have a functional food in whatever you eat. Make sure to keep them raw. Don’t add them to anything before you cook it. Put them in a liquid and they’ll swell up hugely and fill you up.

      just toss your favorite superfood into a stir fry. Works great

        Toss them all into the slow cooker with a cheap cut of meat - pork, chicken, beef. Then add a touch of salt-free stock and cook it all day.

          My best trick is to cook them until they start to caramelize. cook them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.

              Is that like stew? How do you make that? I've heard of it a few times on tv and have never seen it in real life. What is in the vegetarian one versus what is in the not vegetarian one?

                Just take a shot of wheatgrass in the morning or add it to the juice that you have with your breakfast. Instant superfood recipe
