  • Best Vegan Christmas dinner dishes

I'm going to be making a vegan Christmas dinner for the first time ever and I'm looking for somewhat easy and tasty recipes. Has anyone tried making a tofurky before? What are some other good things I can make that even non-vegans might enjoy?

Stuffing! A really awesome recipe is everything bagels mixed with lots of veggies and vegan Italian sausages. It's super tasty and is always a huge hit at my vegan friend's place. Honestly, it's the best freakn' stuffing I've had and I'm not vegan.

      That sounds really good!

Two of my personal favorites are roasted cauliflower and baby artichoke buschetta.

Sweet potato lasagna and Brussels sprouts with raisins are two of my personal vegan favorites and they've always been a hit when I've made them, even among non-vegans. I found both recipes here. You might find others listed that you might want to give a try as well. :) https://www.theendlessmeal.com/10-ea...stmas-recipes/ Happy Holidays!

Thanks for adding this link tobetinytina ina. Some of those reciepes look really good. I tend to like to serve non-meat sides when I`m doing big main meat dishes like ham and turkey. That sweet potato lasagna looks soooo good!

Wow, yeah! Those are some really spectacular recipes! I already have my Christmas dinner planned, but I'm going to keep this link handy because I want to start trying some of these. They look so tasty and are so clever! It's amazing the ideas people come up with when they remove meat out of the picture!

Thank you so much for all your suggestions and your link for recopies really came in handy tobetinytina! I made the sweet potato lasagna, the vegan holiday hummus and the roasted brussel sprouts to go with my mashed potatoes and tofurky! It was a great meal and I finished if off with vegan raspberry thumbprint cookies. Thanks for saving Christmas LOL LOL! Hope everyone here had a good holiday as well!
