I've recently decided to be become Vegan and I will be going on a trip to Europe soon. I was wondering how hard is it to be vegan when you travel? I'll be going to England and France specifically and I was wondering if there are any tips my fellow vegans can give me when I travel to stay true to my diet choice as much as possible.

It can be difficult to be vegan when you travel. depending on where you're headed. Since you are going to England and France you shouldn't have too much of a problem. I'd recommend checking out what restaurants are in the areas where you'll be staying. You can always as the servers at restaurants if they have vegan options, too.

Research is always a good idea! Another good idea is to ask locals you meet. I find that most people are pretty friendly when I travel. Even if I don't fully know the language, as long as I try, I can get by. Also, if you're going to be staying in large cities, you also might find that you have more vegan/vegetarian options. Hope you have a great time!
