  • parmesan asparagus recipie

    This makes a great side dish to any fish, or meat dish:

    Preheat oven to about 400.
    Wash the asparagus and cut the ends off. You can also peel the ends with a potato peeler if you like as it makes them that much nicer to eat.
    Put foil down in a baking sheet.
    Spread out the asparagus and drizzle with olive oil.
    Crack some black pepper over the asparagus, then shred some Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
    Bake for about 12- 14 minutes or until cheese browns.
    ull out of the oven and top with balsamic drizzle. Serve!
