Is there an easy way to make smoothies that take less time and can I store them so I don't have to make them every day? I think this is the best way for me to get the fruits and vegetables I need because I don't typically like cooking them with my meals.

They are easy to make and they are a great way to get the nutrients you need. The good thing about a smoothie is that you don't lose any of the nutrition because you've blended it all up. I would suggest either using a blender or if you want super-easy smoothie making, get a magic bullet, nutribullet or ninja.

I would recommend just making a bunch of smoothies in advance. You can always freeze what you make.

Did you ever get a blender Mike? If so, how did it work out for you and have you found making smoothies easier? I've always started getting into the habit of making smoothies and I find the Magic Bullet works just fine for me. The only downside is that it's not really powerful enough to cut stuff through foods that are ultra-frozen. Like, it can't really crush ice, if you know what I mean
