What's a good healthy snack I can pack for my kid's lunch that they will look forward to eating but that won't be high in fat or calories? I'm trying to encourage my kid to make better food choices, but I know that part of being successful in this endevour is to make sure that they like the taste of the food. I don't expect my kid to get as excited over celery as he would a cookie, for instance. Any thoughts?

I'd recommend raw fruits and veggies with a dip. I know the dip might not be overly healthy, but at least one part of the snack is. Also, maybe give your kid a fruit smoothie to have as a snack. Try to get them to like whole grain bread instead of white bread, too. That way, you can make them healthier sandwiches.
