Spaghetti squash is awesome

Where I live, squash is still in season, which also means that it's super cheap. Typically I've always gravitated toward butternut squash but recently I decided to try spaghetti squash and oh man am I glad that I did. This gourd is freaking awesome! It's easy to bake and the insides pull away so they look like spaghetti. I highly recommend giving it a try. There are so many great recipes you can make with it too.
