Stevia Recipes

I'm wondering if anyone has a few good Stevia recipes to share. I just bought a whole bunch of Stevia and got rid of all white sugar in my house. I'm not sure though if it works the same in recipes. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I find that stevia alters the flavor of any good recipes. It comes out tasting odd and it has an after taste that lingers for quite some time. I had been testing out some recipes with stevia but I stopped doing it when I just couldn't get any of them right and when I heard that some countries are banning the stuff for various reasons.

As a side note, I've tried it both in the form that you buy in the store (processed) as well as growing it myself in my herb garden and using it fresh and dried. No luck in any sense. I'm far from a professional cook, but I just wanted to warn that it really isn't the same as standard sweeteners, particularly in the flavor it provides.
