I'm trying to lower the amount of salt I eat so I've stopped adding it to the foods I cook and eat but I'm finding everything is tasting really bland
I know that over time my tastebuds will get used to it (at least I hope so!) but what can I add to food that will give it some flavor? I've heard that adding spice is a good idea, but I'm not a huge spice fan, especially not the ultra hot stuff. Can anyone recommend some spice or other flavors that might give my food some pop? Thanks!
