Can anyone recommend a recipe that is really good for cookies that have lower amounts of sugar? I want to be able to serve a dessert that I’ve baked but I don’t want to bog everything down in sugars.

You could also try adding dried fruit to the cookie (like raisins) to provide it with a bit of sugar boost. It's also a good idea to make cookies smaller than normal.
