  • low sugar cookies

Can anyone recommend a recipe that is really good for cookies that have lower amounts of sugar? I want to be able to serve a dessert that I’ve baked but I don’t want to bog everything down in sugars.

Try using a sugar substitute like algave syrup, honey or stevia. Or just half the sugar in a recipe. You could also try adding dried fruit to the cookie (like raisins) to provide it with a bit of sugar boost. It's also a good idea to make cookies smaller than normal.

I don't know if you should use stevia. I've heard that its not very good for you
