Are starchy foods things that make you gain weight? I don’t just mean carbs as a whole. I just mean things like potatoes, rice, and even corn. Stuff that is starchy but that is often a side dish for the majority of meals. Are those necessarily bad for you and your weight loss? Is starch something that is actually good or bad for your health? I don’t hear about the health implications of starch a lot and I don’t understand it.
