Are there any healthy high fiber dessert ideas or am I only dreaming? I'm looking for any ideas. That said, please don't recommend that I sit down to a bowl of fruit salad LOL. That's an obvious one, and not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for ideas that involve things that people would classify as a real dessert :D

Try finding dessert recipes that include fruit, oats, nuts and seeds. Essentially, if the dessert contains high fiber ingredients, then you're good. That said, there just isn't any dessert that's "good" for you. Even if you do get fiber, and there are desserts better than others, they are still mostly high in fat and sugar, so you still need to watch how much you ingest.

I was going to say Date Squares, but honestly, there's so much sugar in those things they probably cancel out any real benefit from fiber that they would provide hahaha. That's a hard one because so many desserts can contain healthy things, but usually the other ingredients still make them not very good for you. Whatever you decide I would still recommend eating in moderation and go with something that has as little sugar as possible.

Okay so fruits, nuts, oats, I guess that makes sense. I usually use stevia in desserts to eliminate sugar, so I'm not too concerned about that. Also, I know that no dessert is really health or "good" for you, and that they should be consumed in moderation, but at the same time I believer certain desserts are lower in fat and better for you than others (for example, a fruit and nut bar versus ice cream or a chocolate bar).
