I love desserts, especially very rich ones. I like creme brule, cheesecake, chocolate cakes, and essentially anything else that you really can’t have while your’e trying to lose weight. Can anyone suggest a dessert that pretends to be “bad” but actually isn’t all that high in calories? I am not on a low carb diet but I am trying to keep a healthy balance of carbs, fats, and proteins.
