    This is a lot easier to do in the summer when you don't have to cook as much. If you really like meals that you can just reheat, then double how much you prepare at supper time and freeze the second batch so that you have a ready made meal made out of whole foods.

      Good point, Penny. I find that it makes it a lot easier if you prep in batches instead of doing it for every single meal. That way takes too long

        That's true and it really does work, except that it all falls apart if you get lazy haha.
