I was looking at my diet recently and I think it's pretty deficient in omega fatty acids. I looked online and saw that one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids is flax seed so I went out and bought some. Unfortunately, flax seed is not suggested to be eaten by pregnant women so I am back to square one.
I cannot eat fish yet - it's a food aversion I developed in the second month so that's out. Can anyone suggest some other good sources of omegas that are ok for a prego person to eat.
