This sounds delicious. Is this breakfast for you? Could you give us a breakdown, ie. how many bananas, peaches, etc. that you use?

One of my favorite ways to make oats in the morning is to cook them in milk (add 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup skim milk and bring to a boil). I then mash 1/2 or a ripe banana and add it to the sauce pan at the end and mix it up well. The oats come out creamy and sweetened by the banana. I eat them just as is, or sometimes I will sprinkle some sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts on top. Oats for me are the perfect breakfast. There are so many ways to eat them.

I eat a similar combination three days per week, but mine includes a small amount of dark chocolate chips, as well (90% cocoa). It's bitter, but it really adds something to offset the fruit, not to mention health benefits. It's a challenge to make sure that I only add a little, though

just make sure that if you add flax seed, it's ground and not whole. if you use whole, you can't digest it and it will pass right through you. When it's ground, you get all the benefits
