  • How do you get all your nutrients with restricted calories?

I'm trying to work with a healthy calorie restriction. I'm not doing anything extreme. I've got a window of 1800-2100 calories per day, depending on how active I am. 1800 is what I eat if I haven't moved around at all that day, for example. But still, even on days when I am on the higher end of that range, I don't know how to get all the recommended nutrition without becoming a clean eating freak. Is it possible to eat normally within a calorie range for weight loss and not end up messing up my nutrition? I don't want to live off taking vitamins and minerals in pills. I'm hoping to get my nutrition through food.

    It's quite tricky.
But you can incorporate multivitamins as well as eat more greens, they got so much nutrients, vitamins and needed elements.
If you're talking about macroses then you just need to stick to lean meat, like poultry. Fish is a super choice.
Though, if you're still young.. well. To start, we need to understand what is a calorie deficit.
For young people, a calorie deficit can stunt growth. It's crucial to eat enough to grow taller. I'm curious to know if you've had any success. If you're still around, please let us know.
