cucumbers provide you with a bit of Vitamin A and C and they also give you a bit of fiber. They can also be hydrating, as they're pretty watery. They're very low in calories and they're crunchy, so they make a good snack and are a healthy substitute for chips.

I only thought that cucumbers were healthy because they are a vegetable and they were low in calories. I never knew that they had these specific benefits. Thanks for posting this Jenny25.
