    There was just a study that said that if you eat an avocado every day (a whole one), you will lower your cholesterol.

    I thought that avocados were really high in fat. If you eat a whole one, then wno't you eat too many calories and get fat?

      If you use avocado in place of the usual types of fat that you eat, you won't have a problem with the calories.

        do you have to eat a whole avocado to make that work? Isn't that a lot? Could you still benefit with half?

            I really don’t see why you should have to eat a whole one. Even half should make a positive difference
