These types of foods and beverages may be fun to drink at the time, but they're virtually poison to your body and they will work against your immune system. Plus, they also tend to increase the chances for mood swings and depression. Make healthy choices and your body will reap the benefits.

The reason is that it's not just your physical wellbeing that is important, but your mental wellbeing too. Avoiding over-stressing and depression and that can help you stay healthy too.

Thanks! Those are all great ideas guys. I know that sleep is important, but I have to admit that I've been struggling with getting a good sleep and it's worrying me. I'm just gonna try to stick to eating well and drinking water and hope that helps to calm my worries...
