What is better for you nutritionally: Frozen fruits and vegetables for fresh ones? Also, when you give me your opinion either way, could you tell me why? I'm not looking for a yes/no type of singular answer here. Thanks!

I think frozen fruits and vegetables are technically better for you than fresh, unless you're actually growing the stuff yourself and picking it and eating it right away. As soon as fruits or vegetables are picked they begin to lose their nutrients. So, if you buy them fresh from the grocery store, they are likely several days old already, unless they come from a local farm. Essentially, frozen stuff is picked and directly freezed so the freshness is locked in.
