      I found out that fiber isn't just good for you because it helps you to have a healthier digestive system, but it's also a natural appetite suppressant because it takes so long to digest it.

          Cabbage is really high in fiber and nutrients. I've started grating it and adding it to a lot of things. It adds great crunch to wraps!

            Than consider banana dude. It is known as fiber junction. And there is a whole diet about it named as BANANA DIET. Got rave reviews, I have not tried it but looks good to me.

              I'm nervous of any diet that singles out one food. I think they're healthier and more effective when you concentrate on variety

                      I agree, and it also keeps you filled up. I started eating quinoa with my breakfast and I don't find that I start getting hungry again until much later in the morning. This is a great way for me to help to bust my inclination to snack.

                      I can't eat too many beans, though. I work in an office with more than one person

                          Whole grains are by far the best way to get healthy fiber in. They have a much more complete series of nutrients. Try to focus on ancient grains and a good variety of different options for the best results.

                            The latest thing I've been eating is steel cut oats. They're super high in fiber but they are also known to be good for the heart and they help to naturally reduce cholesterol. They're pretty gross on their own, but if you mix a tablespoon of jam in, or some cranberries, that makes them a lot better.
